My name is Whitley. I am a professional graphic designer with a degree in Commercial Art. I have been making graphics in the RPC since 2014. I use it/its pronouns and I live in the New York City area in New York, USA.

HOW DO I CONTACT YOU?

The most reliable way to reach me is through the submit box here, followed by an IM to my most active indie blog, currently @imbicilite. From there on out I’ll initiate communication through this blog.

ANYTHING YOU WON’T DO?

Explicitly? No. There are a few characters I am uncomfortable with, or that lack enough resources for me to make something I can be artistically proud of, but if they come up I will politely decline. I am comfortable with both animated and real-life faceclaims.

HOW LONG DOES A COMMISSION USUALLY TAKE?

I try to get to them same-day, but it really depends on my schedule and how big your order is. I usually finish most orders within 2 days of starting work.

HOW, AND WHEN, DO I PAY?

I prefer to be paid at completion of all work, and will require payment before any files are sent over. I primarily take payment over PayPal, but I will accept Cashapp, and Venmo if and only if you do not have either PayPal or Cashapp.

WHAT INFORMATION SHOULD I PRESENT TO YOU UP FRONT?

Please include your currency & payment method in your submission, as well as:

any IMAGES you would like used in your commission (Must be high-res.)
what COLORS you would like me to use
what FONTS you would like me to use
what SIZE you want your icons to be ( width in pixels x height in pixels, excluding blockquote allotment )

your MUN NAME and MUSE’S NAME & SOURCE

TERMS OF USE

I have the right to accept or decline any commission offer.
Any works created by me belong to me and me alone. Use of my work must ALWAYS be credited, regardless of wether or not we are still in contact.
Accepted methods of credit include mentions in a rules section on a blog, and for any promos, credit in the text portion of your rebloggable upload.
Payment is to be done via Paypal or Cashapp. I do not take payment through other platforms such as Ko-Fi, though I will accept Ko-Fi donations.
Small updates ( Correcting typos, URL Updates ) are free. Larger updates may incur an upcharge.
One Blog, One Code: When you purchase a code from me, you are licensing it for one URL and one URL only. Do not reuse your commissioned code on another URL.
My backgrounds and codes are non-separable. Backgrounds come packaged with Codes, and Codes come packaged with Backgrounds. I do not design backgrounds for codes that I do not own and vice versa, outside of exclusive and specific circumstances. Please do not use my backgrounds with another code, or my codes with another background.
Regarding Cancellations: If you have any doubts in your ability to pay immediately upon a commission’s completion, it is requested that a sum of no less than 50% is paid up front. If you cancel, I am entitled to keep the sum for work already done as a cancellation fee.
There are no refunds after completed work has been uploaded and delivered.
Regarding Payment: Payment is taken, in almost all cases, after all work has been completed. The payment timer starts after an invoice is sent and marked as 'Viewed.' After that, you have thirty minutes to pay the invoice before the payment is considered 'Missed.' Missed orders will not be fufilled until the status of the payment is corrected, and are not subject to priority delivery. Basically speaking, I will not 'stay online and waiting' in order to deliver your commission ASAP. If thirty minuites pass, I will go do other things instead of staying waiting and available, and there may be a delay in the time between your payment and the product delivery.
These terms extend to any works created under one of my prior URLS.
